There are two Terminator attachment options, each designed to suit specific STIHL chainsaw models - check the product page for more information.

Compatible chainsaws include the STIHL 500i, 660, 661, 880 and 881.

The Terminator can be attached to your chainsaw in under 5 minutes. No special tools or modifications are required. Our quick-connect system is designed for fast field installation and removal.

Terminator with 500i engine: 7 mins approx for 14" diameter stump.

Terminator with 880 engine: 5 mins approx for 14" diameter stump.

Stump removal times will vary depending on environmental, operator experience and tooth condition.

There is no exact limit to how deep the Terminator can grind. Unlike traditional stump grinders, Terminator can grind as deep as the operator can reposition. Allowing you to completely remove stumps and roots for replanting, paving, or landscaping purposes.

Terminators are built with ease of maintenance as a priority. Regular inspection of cutting teeth, tensioning belts, and keeping the unit clean are the main requirements. Belt tensioning is a simple procedure due to the convenient design. Replacement teeth are readily available online and through our dealer network.

Yes, the Terminator is designed with safety in mind. It features built-in guards, high quality components, and operates at the same safety level as your chainsaw. We recommend standard PPE including eye protection, hearing protection, and protective clothing. Check local requirements.
